Live Race — a same-device race against the clock.
Live Race is a same-device race: one fresh word, six guesses, and a clock that starts the moment you do — all on this page, on this device, with no waiting for other players and no online lobby. Your finish lands in the fastest-finishes table below, and you can post the result to the Friends Leaderboard for the usual points.

How the race scores
Solving fast matters twice: your finish time ranks you here, and adding the race to the leaderboard pays the same points as any game — 100 for a 1-guess solve down to 25 for 6, and 5 for a miss. A race you don’t finish in 6 guesses still counts: post the miss and take the 5.
